I've not really been thinking much today

*Quesionable paragraph about something I've been thinking about today* moving into...

An amazing day of ultimate frisbee. It was actually really fun, definitely getting into it as soon as I hit Brighton. Finally got my forehand down and the backhands not bad.

Wait, no one cares about ultimate frisbee. (Apart from Brodie Smith) I'll move on.

I did some more university shopping, got a small knife in case someone needs a carrot a-chopping, and some beans, because they were on offer.

Everything I'm writing about is boring. Wow, I had an enjoyable boring day, I didn't even know that was possible.

Mmm beans. That's baked beans by the way. Not runner beans, or french beans. They might be the same thing actually. I have no idea what either of them looked like. But I don't know what baked beans look like when they aren't covered in tomato sauce. Maybe they're green as well, instead of like... brown.

If it seems like I have a slight obssession with baked beans, then you've read into it too much. I just like them because they're easy to cook. Speaking of cooking, I'm gonna try and do some cooking this week. To get some practise in. Maybe I'll make a curry. Or I'll go get it from dils.

Dils, Bridgehouse, Ross'. On Friday. Going 'without ID' (we're taking ID in case) to all the places we'd get served underage. And then sleeping. And then waking up. And then puppies.

Lots of orange juice. And puppies.

There are no puppies.

Or kittens.

No small animals means there are probably large ones.

Where's all the elephants at?

This feels forced, so I'll stop.

I believe it's a Wednesday now?

Today I questioned whether, if I could slow time down, would I be slowing down my conscience or my body. Still trying to work that one out. Even though time has sped up again now (Not that it slowed in the first place - of course you can't be too sure) But I don't think I can work this kind of stuff out without a logical mind, and unfortunately, logic is not a thing I possess. That, and flip flops. I need to buy some flip flops.

Looking forward to a game of ultimate (Frisbee, that is) this afternoon. I've been told I have to wake up early and 'help around the house', which is unfortunately a hard thing for me to achieve. But at least I'm gonna get to play a great game and get some training in for the university team tryouts.

They're not really tryouts. I don't think a lot of people will have keened it as much I might be doing now...

So far I know a few different throws. There's the backhand, forehand, and then more... which I don't know the names of. And it's like netball, with american football, and a frisbee. Making an ultimate sport. Hence ultimate frisbee. I would wonder where the name comes from but I'm not keening up the history... yet.

Ah well, I suppose starting to write this so late is a bad idea if I have to get up in the morning.

Slightly less random than normal. Think I let it all out during the day. I'll try not to do that again.

It was a fun day though. Filled with laughter and sleep.

Cheese and Swine.

I like it when I'm reading a book that's been translated and two lines rhyme perfectly. It makes me happy. Of course, then I realise the writer never meant for this, unless they were bilingual and had the oddest sense of humour. So odd that they only made jokes in other languages... And then the translator has to translate it the same way the author did.

They might just be happy coincidences.

I went to an annuaFete (fait? fate? faté? (faté = fatty) one of those spellings, probably the one that's not in brackets, although they all seem wrong) today in Much Hadham, and it was the same as ever, although according to my family it was worse than normal, but who am I to have opinions on those things? I did get some things though, like a frying pan for my university flat, which makes it that slight bit more worrying that I'll have to cook my own food. (I'm not really worried, beans on toast is basically a staple diet on it's own) and I got some plates, something I really didn't think was essential, until I realised that I wouldn't have plates if I didn't have plates. Plates. Plates of the earth. What are they called? (Tectonic plates - thank you Google).

So that's going nowhere, apart from to the centre of the earth, but when you get there you'd have to leave, so you've got a problem with going any further because then you're going nowhere again...

I really can't help it, I'm going off on some weird tangents. Ha, tangents. If I'm gonna be doing a maths degree that word should stop making me laugh. Damn, it happened again.

Right, think I might post some lyrics at the end of this.

That, or a pretty picture of a cat.

Actually, lets have both.

Cheese and Swine: (Working title for a song that doesn't work)

I think I'll play it wrong
When I can do it right.
My friend i've been there lately

I hit the wrong chord
It was a lucky strike
My friend it drives me crazy

I just got lucky tonight.
I didn't mean to win that time
I wasn't sure
I had to find out more
It ended with the dry wine on my mind

Four In The Morning

So, I've gotten to the point where being awake at four in the morning is boring. It's dark outside and I'm basically past tired. I'm meant to be going out at 11, that's 7 hours sleep if I go now. But, of course, the first (and most efficient) way of not getting to sleep is clock-watching. Second is searching for useless things to do on the internet, like blogging.

Anyway, as this is my first blog, I feel I should write at least one sentence of introduction.
...
That's that done.

I think I might put some lyrics up here, and some general talk about my musical life. Maybe something that isn't musical, like random typing (this is an example of that). And then some chatter about what I've done. Y'know, a blog, about 'JengaJenkins'. Why am I using that name so much now? It caught on.

If that didn't make sense to you, It makes sense to me at this point in time, so sorry about that.
